You never forget a good teacher. They are the people who inspire and stimulate children in their formative years, and the backbone of any school. 

At Islamia Girls School, we’re fortunate to have a team of exceptionally dedicated teachers and support staff. They’ve helped us create a nurturing environment, where student wellbeing and development are paramount.  

All our teaching staff hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) gained in the UK, often with extensive years of teaching experience. Many have been part of our school for several years, fostering a strong sense of continuity and community. When selecting teachers, we prioritize both professional excellence and moral values. We welcome educators from all faiths who share our commitment to integrity, academic excellence, and character development.

We actively support staff development through continuous professional training. This ensures that our teaching standards remain high, while regular monitoring and feedback help us maintain excellence in education.
