Applications for the Yusuf Islam Foundation Student Scholarship Programme for the academic year 2024-2025 have now closed. All applicants have been contacted. An announcement about the next application round, for the 2025-2026 scholarships, will be posted here in the coming months.
The Scholarship provides assistance to parents in genuine financial difficulty, whose children are academically gifted.
Scholarship awards can be up to 50% of a child’s school tuition fees, depending on the financial circumstances of the parents/guardians. Only in exceptional circumstances are scholarships awarded to new Year 7 students.
In order to qualify for consideration for a Scholarship a child must:
- Be an enrolled secondary school student of Islamia Schools Limited at either Islamia Girls School or Brondesbury College; or
- Be a prospective student who has been offered and accepted a place into one of the above two schools.
To apply for a Scholarship a child must:
- Demonstrate a strong overall academic background; and
- Have a clear financial need.
